Limiter OFF: the summed signal is hard-clipped only at the final output. There is no automatic 1/N or 1/√N normalization.

Delay scale: the first slider position is exactly 0. Every non-zero position is logarithmic from 0.001 ms to 100 ms. Audio itself is still limited by the file/sample rate; at 48 kHz one sample is about 0.0208 ms.
Huge play counts are not implemented by creating billions of Web Audio nodes. The renderer builds the equivalent delay impulse and convolves it with the source, so the count can reach billions without collapsing the browser.
